  • Callaway Village Apartments – Fulton, Mo Started in May 2015, M&W Painting is working on wood rot, roofing and metal restoration.
  • Remington Square Apartments – Pittsburg, KS Started in March 2015, M&W Painting is working on exterior painting and wood rot.  48 units total.
  • Hartford Villas Apartments – In this project M&W Painting is worked on New Construction.  Interior and exterior panting and siding.  Project was completed in August 2015.
  • Creek View Apartments – Batesburg, SC In this project M&W Painting is worked on remodel, wood rot and exterior repainting.  There are 64 units.  This project is not yet completed and is ongoing.  Check back for updates.

  • Broadstone Villas Apartments – Bel Aire, KS In this project M&W Painting is working on repainting of interiors and exteriors on 60 apartments.  This is an ongoing project that has not yet been completed.
  • Bradley Place Apartments – Cleveland, TN In this project M&W Painting is working on rot replacement & repainting of exteriors on apartments.  This is an ongoing project that has not yet been completed.
  • Valley Creek Apartments – Fort Stockton, TX In this project M&W Painting is working on rot replacement & repainting of exteriors on 48 apartments.  This project was started on February 10, 2015 completed March 15, 2015.
  • This is for Riverstone trails town homes located in Sunnyvale TX, 96 homes. This still an ongoing project started in March 2014
  • This id for Dunes apartments in Seminole TX, completed in December 2013. 60 apartments total.
  • Churchill apartments located in Marshfield MO, completed in march 2014. Job included 48 apartments total.
